Our Customer Service Representative's mission is to manage your used ultrasound service and repair needs while allowing you to focus on your customers and patients. The CSRs will leverage our state-of-the-art ERP system to schedule your service call promptly and make sure the technicians have all the components needed to complete the call with confidence.

This comprehensive contract offers peace of mind, by offering a cap on your budget exposure as well as 100% coverage of the system and transducers against failure. Preventive maintenance visits (2 per year) to insure that your equipment meets calibration and accreditation requirements. Avante Ultrasound's factory trained engineers will provide timely and professional on-site support of your ultrasound systems and accessories. 24×7 technical support is complementary.
A more flexible option that will empower your Biomedical Engineers and help control cost. This contract includes parts and transducer coverage, system specific training for the Biomedical team and backup labor. This option is completely customizable to your fleet and facility. Another way Avante Ultrasound works to provide the best options for each customer.
Short staffed? Let Avante Ultrasound do the work. Avante Ultrasound will provide all the labor, including all preventative maintenance for the selected systems. Customers will receive a preferred customer discount on parts and probes.
